Deze film vormt onderdeel van een installatie die ik heb gemaakt en heb gepresenteerd in Filmhuis De Schuur in Haarlem en op Pop-Up Wantij. Als onderdeel van de installatie stond de bezoeker in een klein badhokje waarin de film geprojecteerd werd. BDMTS kaart de benauwdheid aan die ik zelf voel met betrekking tot klimaatverandering. Het langzaam stikken in de badmuts is hier dan ook een metafoor voor.
EN: This film is part of an installation I created and presented at Filmhuis De Schuur in Haarlem and at Pop-Up Wantij. As part of the installation, visitors stood in a small cubicle where the film was projected. BDMTS addresses the anxiety I personally feel regarding climate change. The slow suffocation of a bathing cap serves as a metaphor for this.
